Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a Taylor Company, is actively seeking a Business Analyst to join our Customer Facing Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our business systems, assisting with support requests, and contributing to future enhancements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems, documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and aligning systems with overall business strategies. Your Responsibilities: Evaluate and respond to stakeholder requests. Gather requirements for business system enhancements. Break down requirements into work items for technical teams. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Troubleshoot, investigate, and communicate for reported bugs/issues. Understand multiple business systems and their interactions. Create and maintain business system documentation. Documenting and analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders to validate system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements. You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience working with technical business systems. Experience in writing technical requirements. Experience with multiple technical business systems in which data is flowing through. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to lead and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA testers.
