Patterson Pope Installation Project Supervisor in Columbus, Ohio

The Installation Project Supervisor is responsible for the management, coordination and execution of all projects sold by Patterson Pope for mobile shelving, stationary shelving, modular millwork, and other storage systems. The Project Supervisor will work the projects as well as oversee them. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Schedule, coordinate and be a part of on-site labor on all product installations
  • Supervise team of P2 workers and contractors.
  • Ensures that all products are installed according to Manufacturer's written specifications
  • Educate, enforce and maintain company and client safety standards
  • Use software to perform tasks in Monday.com, Excel and Salesforce
  • Scout and review installation sites, prior to and during projects
  • Verify accuracy of installation measurements
  • Provides functional on the job training to Techs I, II, III, IV and V.
  • Review and manage all inbound product deliveries, including receiving and delivery
  • Communicate with customers, sales, vendors and the Project Manager
  • Develops installation plans prior to dispatching installation teams to a job site.
  • O/E forms completed and returned
  • Manage shortages, returns and expedited orders
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction on installation quality & staff professionalism
  • Obtain Customer sign off upon project completion.
  • Ensure data entry into computer systems is accurate and completed on time
  • Alert Accounting to bill completed projects
  • Ensuring staff is adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by management
