What you'll do * Assist with the administration of the campus recruitment needs by * Schedule interviews for hiring leaders with students. * Update recruiting tracker on complete pre-employment checks * Assist with recruitment tools such as Vidcruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, indeed, etc. * Assist with the student evergreen requisitions. * Support the campus recruiting process by prepping offers and moving through the ATS. * Create and foster a high caliber, best-in-class candidate experience. * Support Talent acquisition events * Support system enhancements and data integrity * Assist with sourcing and attraction execution. * Maintain TA documentation and candidate communication. Who you are. * Available to begin work on January 6, 2025 * Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided. * As this position requires the operation of a motor vehicle, a valid US Driver's License is required. * Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in General, Business, Psychology, etc. * Currently attending an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of the intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term. * Candidates currently enrolled in either a master's or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered. * Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester. * New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
