About The Role:

As a CBRE Client Consulting Sr Manager, you will provide consulting services to a select group of high-profile corporate real estate clients. You’ll oversee our Consulting business in multiple geographical locations and guide a collaborative team.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in creation and delivery of client solution proposals.

  • Lead small to medium projects or independent work streams of larger engagements as a team member or workstream lead. Act as supervisor of ad hoc teams of other consultants to deliver solutions on the timeline and in the manner required by the client.

  • Assess client organizations’ need for change and transformation.

  • Analyze organizational structure, effectiveness, efficiency and develop action recommendations for improvement.

  • Create and lead a change management plan to drive acceptance of client solutions within client organizations.

  • Plan, prepare and conduct client interviews and workshops

  • Administer and interpret the outputs from surveys and assessment tools

  • Develop solutions in the form of playbooks, charters, tools, and templates needed to implement and maintain new organizations and associated processes and drive continuous improvement

  • Prepare and present deliverables in oral, written, and visual formats relative to client requirements, industry best practices, and other topics as required

  • Steer & lead smaller project teams, supervise time and costs to meet scope and quality targets

  • Collaborates across other practices within Americas Consulting

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in consulting with an emphasis on change management and/or organization development. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Familiarity with corporate real estate preferred.

  • PROSCI or other relevant certification would be a plus, e.g. Behavioral assessment tools such as: Competing Values, Myers Briggs, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), etc.

  • Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

  • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.

  • Convincing communication and excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player.

  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Sr Manager is $120,000 annually and the maximum is $155,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
