AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation (Cencora) Business Solutions Analyst III in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization. Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements, and create user stories as it relates to the Salesforce platform. Refine user stories, configure changes directly in the platform, track and complete testing, and work with release team to move changes through environment per governance process. Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements and identify issues. Contribute to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction. Manage Copado user story creation, add technical components and identify pre and post deployment activities to ensure release package meets established criteria. Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options. Write and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions. Analyze customer's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements. Travel to AmerisourceBergen offices in Carrollton/Dallas, TX area and Conshohocken, PA less than 10% annually.

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline and Salesforce Administrator Certification, along with 2 years of experience: completing configurations within Salesforce Service Cloud platform; supporting Customer Operations within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry; supporting business processes between users, architects, and developers; writing user stories directly in the Salesforce platform and triaging reported bugs; working with the following delivery methodologies: SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid (Waterfall / Scrum); utilizing the following tools: JIRA, Copado and Zephyr. In lieu of Salesforce Administrator Certification, willing to accept 3 years of experience: completing configurations within Salesforce Service Cloud platform; supporting Customer Operations within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry; supporting business processes between users, architects, and developers; writing user stories directly in the Salesforce platform and triaging reported bugs; working with the following delivery methodologies: SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid (Waterfall / Scrum); utilizing the following tools: JIRA, Copado and Zephyr. Remote work is available anywhere in the U.S.
