Bring your knowledge of building maintenance, construction, electrical, HVAC, to the table. We are looking for a maintenance tech that has a strong skill set in multiple areas of building maintenance, repair, and upkeep. You must have an ability to identify problem areas before they become problems, use critical thinking skills to be "ahead of the game".

Knowledge in general building maintenance.

Hospital setting skills given extra attention but not required.

General knowledge of building codes. Hospital building codes a plus.
