The Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Store Design Coordinator for our Luxury Brand Team. You will be responsible for the seamless production and coordination of our Store Design across the Nordics on our brands. You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Corporate Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager and work closely with the brand team as well as our field and operational team.

Your Key Responsibilities

More specifically, you will:

  • Oversee the delivery of new store and refurbishment projects across Nordic, providing, support, and monitoring project status.

  • Coordinate projects with key retailers and brand-specific projects in the Nordics.

  • Nurture existing supplier relationships, working closely with Indirect Procurement especially when sending tenders to suppliers.

  • Prepare briefings for the design team in EMEA based on floor plans and retailer guidelines.

  • Oversee and coordinate project timelines and communication internally with the brands and externally with retailers and suppliers.

  • Be responsible for CAPEX budget and monitor project spending closely. Communicate regularly with Finance, the brands, and the Visual Merchandising & Store Design Manager.

  • Oversee the project status report, update the master database with the new installations/furniture, and communicate key dates to internal and field teams.

  • Attend key store visits.

  • Work closely with the Visual Specialists, ensuring collateral and hardware orders across the Nordics are delivered on time, and maintenance reports are actioned, overlooking the maintenance system.

  • Be a strong project coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills. Furthermore, you will be collaborating with people at all levels within our organization (Design Team EMEA, Stakeholders in Nordic, and our vendors).

  • You can manage a range of project types, complex business initiatives, and change programs.

  • You are flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities. And you understand the technicalities of Store Design, Visual Merchandising, and manufacture.

  • You are an excellent communicator with sound commercial skills.

  • You are a confident project coordinator with experience in budgets, and timelines.

  • You pay great attention to detail and are good at following through.

  • To be a successful candidate in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and enjoy a flexible team environment while working to deadlines.
