In this role you have the opportunity to

oversee the administrative process of business transformation within the Hospital Patient Monitoring Team in the Nordics. This is an exciting chance to drive change and innovation in healthcare.

Your tasks

• Managing the Daily Management Board to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making.

• Supporting the Project Management Office to oversee projects related to improvement projects in several business lines like general care monitoring, consumable campaigning, quoting improvement, Tender automation, and more.

• Providing training overviews per function (account managers, clinical application specialists, field service engineers) with follow-up support.

• Clearing and supporting account teams in completing and uploading account plans.

You’re the right fit if you

• study in bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred in the area of MedTech).

• have excellent English skills and proficiency in at least one Nordic language.

• are familiar with project management, administrative work and organizing different tasks at the same time.

• are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change in a dynamic environment.

• are available for at least six month and can do most of your work on site.
