Mukuru Regional Sales Supervisor in Copperbelt, Zambia

Duties and Responsibilties (Include but not limited to):

Oversee regional sales operations

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales objectives.

  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team.

  • Providing advice and guidance to Area Sales Leads.

  • Oversee agent activation in allocated region.

Develop awareness of Mukuru brand

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the region to make informed strategic decisions.

  • Custodianship of the Mukuru brand and maintenance of that standard

Investigating feasibility of potential new corridors.

  • Determine the viability of potential new corridors.

  • Engage new biz dev and projects regarding new potential corridors

Carry out inspections of sales agent operating sites

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents within the region, addressing their needs and promoting the company's remittance services.

  • Conduct periodic country tours of agent sites.

  • Conduct brand audit of partner and vertical sites

Take responsibility for sales stock management and cost management.

  • Manage the stock and marketing collateral.

  • Manage the regional ales budget effectively.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices

Generate weekly reports.

  • Track and analyse key sales metrics (KPIs), identifying areas for improvements and implementing corrective actions

Key Responsibilities

  • 2 years' experience in Sales

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma

  • Professional certification in marketing

  • Knowledge of regulatory and operational context

  • Knowledge of customer service

  • Knowledge of Mukuru products and services

  • Knowledge of how to generate marketing collatera

  • Knowledge of KYC guidelines
