Description:
Plant focuses on oil and gas meters
This role will have a partner always available beyond the manager to assist with daily tasks
Responsible with another team member to receiving/unload trucks, open boxes- inspect paperwork, verify part #s/quantities -might have to enter data into system
This position is responsible to assure compliance of all product to customer requirements and specifications.
Performs inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.
Conducts dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma.
2 + years of experience with quality inspection process.
Capable of reading blueprints and schematics
Assembly skills
Self-starter
Proficient
Someone not afraid to ask questions/be inquisitive
Must have previous manufacturing experience- shipping/receiving experience
Experience with gas/oil products is a major bonus.
Success is measured by quality products leaving facility
Shift M-F 6:30-9 Start time + 8 hours

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
