Description Job Description:

Position requires in-depth knowledge of full-cycle, double-entry accounting. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper can perform all A/R, A/P & Payroll functions and will provide department oversight to ensure timely and accurate monthly processing & reporting.

Key Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: (The essential job duties/responsibilities of the position are included in but not limited to the information listed below.)

Accounts Receivable:

• Process invoices & credits; process credit card, ACH & check payments

• Manage client billing accounts, resolve discrepancies, & maintain strong client relationships

• Track outstanding balances & collection of client payments from clients

• Produce monthly sales reports

Accounts Payable:

• Process bills and prepare ACH & check payments

• Manage vendor accounts, reconcile statements & resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships

• Expense report processing

• Reconcile multiple bank & credit card accounts

• Calculate & prepare monthly sales commissions

• Assist with month-close process

• Prepare & file sales tax in multiple states

Payroll:

• Payroll processing submission

• State UI account maintenance

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 10 yrs proven experience in a similar accounting position/role with associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.

• Technical ability: proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Planner, Teams. Extensive Microsoft Excel experience using Pivot Tables & Lookups. Knowledge of accounting software - Acumatica experience a plus.

• Attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a demanding environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
