Robert Half Order Entry Specialist in Cornelius, North Carolina

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Order Entry Clerk to join our telecom services team located in Cornelius, North Carolina. The role involves fulfilling mobile device orders, managing approvals, and tracking orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining our asset and inventory database and processing mobile device line terminations and suspensions. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill mobile device orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Manage approvals for mobile device orders efficiently

• Track all mobile device orders to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset and inventory database

• Process mobile device line terminations and suspensions as required

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Use the Ovation system to track and process service requests

• Work collaboratively with associates and exercise good judgment in problem resolution

• Escalate unresolved customer issues in a timely manner

• Categorize customer fulfillment orders within the appropriate systems using the correct tools, resources, and processes. Requirements • Proven experience in order entry or order fulfillment roles within the telecom services industry

• Proficiency in inventory tracking and account management

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, with a focus on high-volume data entry

• Strong skills in computer data entry and data entry numeric tasks

• Experience in account maintenance activities, including updating customer details and resolving account-related issues

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management

• Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools for order entry and fulfillment

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
