Minimum/Required Qualifications BS degree in Food Science, Enology, Fermentation Science or a biological or agricultural related field and two winemaking harvest experiences OR Master\'s degree in Enology, Food Science, Fermentation Science or in a biological or agricultural related field Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, including setting priorities against established criteria and managing multiple projects/activities/deadlines Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with varied audiences such as faculty, students, and industry in a team environment Laboratory analysis experience Currently possess or have ability to obtain OLCC License within 60 days of hire Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Position Duties 50% \' Management of OSU Research and Teaching Winery 30% Enology Outreach 15% Enology Teaching Support 5% Other Duties as Assigned Full Consideration Date: 6/20/2024 See posting for complete list of duties and qualifications.
