As the Consumer Insight Senior Manager Beauty for Global Consumer Brands in Latam, you will be responsible for the execution of the GCB consumer insights strategies and plans that will drive business growth in Latam

Your key responsibilities

  • Direct contact with Global Clients CI Leads for Beauty to ensure strategic CI programs are executed in the region properly;

  • Drive the Beauty Global Clients consumer insights programs and plans in line with the categories/clients’ needs;

  • Ensure the development and proper implementation of established global Global Clients CI methods and is the guardian of the CI best practices;

  • Implement and align new beauty methodologies to increase efficiency in brief to adoption success rates;

  • Be the consumer insights expert for beauty, who collaborates with cross-functional teams and a key contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding specific consumer insights questions in Latam;

  • Analyze and synthesize data to develop actionable insights for beauty that will inform fragrance development decisions for Latam.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Consumer Insights related discipline or equivalent;

  • Experience in product or fragrance testing role;

  • Multi country consumer insight project management;

  • Drive for results, with competitive mindset;

  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions;

  • Fluent in English.
