Insight Global Support Technician in Cottonwood, Arizona

Job Description

A client of ours in the utility space is looking to add a Support Technician to their team. This Support Technician will be responsible for administrative tasks such as:

 · Data entry/ completing tickets through Maximo,

 · Answering phone calls and providing high level customer service,

 · Scheduling inspections from customers who call in with inspection requests,

 · Creating work orders and filing them appropriately,

 · Scheduling team meetings, leader meetings, and assisting with catering needs,

·Additional miscellaneous office tasks as necessary

Skills and Requirements

· 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer support or data entry role.

· Tech savvy and able to effectively / efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and basic ticketing systems.

· Customer service skills and ability to communicate well in person and over the phone for support.

· Strong organization, time management, and data entry skills · Experience with Maximo for ticketing.

· Bachelor's Degree null
