Job Summary
The QA role for our RPA team is a Sr. Analyst position that is responsible for ensuring our products are synonymous with quality. You will take ownership over testing RPA software and will be responsible for design, development and execution of test cases as well as post production support. A successful candidate will have a balance of business insight, technical know-how, critical thinking, strong communication skills and QA experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
2+ years in quality assurance and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
AI experience a plus
Proficient in SQL
Understands health insurance, the claims life cycle and processes that affect claims payment
Understands QNXT
Reviews, analyzes and estimates project test requests
Creates, presents and executes functional and acceptance test cases in accordance with the requirements of the project.
Provides feedback for development teams through project testing as needed
Effectively communicates solutions through review meetings, written specifications, workflow diagrams, and/or proof of concept demonstrations
Able to anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks
Able to suggest improvement practices to ensure systems are working more efficiently and improve quality.
Lead and/or facilitate cross functional meetings
Write reporting requirements in order to effectively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation
Actively monitor solutions post production
Experience working on Agile Squad
Ensures defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner
Performs research and analysis of customer initiated inquiries and requests, utilizing technical tools as necessary to fully test reported issues/requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $59,810.6 - $129,589.63 / ANNUAL
