Naval Sea Systems Command ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in Crane, Indiana

Summary You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Workforce Development Branch of the Human Resource Division of the Corporate Operations Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435). Responsibilities You will serve as the Crane Division University (CDU) Program Lead. You will lead the CDU team members within Workforce Development and also reside as a Lead Facilitator for CDU’s internally developed courses and “CDU Exclusives”. You will collaborate with Crane Division University’s Executive Champion and Pillar Champions to shape the strategic direction of CDU and identify opportunities for program improvements/enhancements. You will assist in the recruitment of new CDU facilitators and provide training and mentoring to new facilitators. You will lead the CDU Facilitator Communityof-Interest to provide regular/recurring events/workshops for facilitators to remain engaged and up-to-speed on the latest facilitation techniques and opportunities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and presenting information to a medium-sized audience and identifying opportunities for program improvement or enhancements in support of an organizations strategic plans and goals.
