County Packing is a small company of approximately 50 employees located in Crestwood, IL. Their business model is to act as a receiving plant for parts that make up equipment for construction, manufacturing and automotive equipment.

Think: John Deere doesn't manufacture ever nut, bolt tire, engine. They buy these parts from a specialist to build their tractor. County Packaging receives the parts in bulk, then distributes the parts to the larger companies per their orders.

This is an IT Team of 3 people. Both of whom have been there for 10+ years.

County Packaging is looking for a consultant to take the lead on being the liaison between the business (sales, shipping, factory) and the technology team. This person will need to listen to the needs of the business in multiple areas and convey back to the technology team what needs to be done.

This person will also be responsible rolling up their sleeves on the technical side too. If they've ID'ed a mistake in customer data pipelines, they will need to assign an IT member to fix it, or get into Access, SQL Server Database to fix it.
