In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and drive operational improvements to increase revenue and enhance customer engagement, all while working to elevate the best-in-class customer and employee experience at Apple Retail stores. Description

Deliver on Apple’s goals and objectives for Retail by giving teams everything they need to remove friction in the customer experience, while also ensuring leaders are equipped and supported in leading their teams. Responsibilities include. - Your #1 edict will be to find ways to drive increased revenue, attach, and customer engagement - then to garner support for those strategies, and work across Apple to bring them to fruition. - Create innovative growth solutions and strategies, use storytelling with data to advocate internally, and drive implementation. - Partner with the Retail Leadership team to identify opportunities in the region, working cross-functionally with key retail parters to turn opportunities into new programs or iterate on existing programs. - Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of key Retail programs and priorities. - Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7+ years Project/Program Management experience or equivalent in Strategy, Operations, Supply Demand, or Data Science/Data Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets.

• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a broad range of audiences, and highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Comfortable delivering persuasive presentations across all levels of leadership.

• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategies, programs, and projects concurrently.

• Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement in a retail (or related industry) HQ setting.

• Expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, attach, and engagement.

• Experience setting and reporting key performance metrics, using data to drive recommendations, decisions, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences.

• BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
