Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a Hybrid Remote IT Support Analyst II with experience in 100% user support roles, L1/L2 ticketing, applications (ERP would be great), and remote access troubleshooting. Hours/Duration: 40 hrs/wk, M-F, CTH or FTE

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end users via telephone, email, or online platforms.

• Analyze customer symptoms to identify and resolve the underlying problem.

• Prioritize issues based on severity to ensure minimal response time.

• Implement automated monitors and corrective action procedures for more efficient incident response.

• Research and resolve a variety of application and technology problems.

• Contribute to the Knowledge Base and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through active listening, understanding, and responding to their needs.

• Ensure compliance with customer response timeline (SLAs) based on the severity of reported issues.

• Anticipate customer needs and proactively address issues.

• Provide education and training to customers as appropriate.

• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Skills:

• Experience with Citrix Technologies, Microsoft, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware.

• Understanding of Configuration Management, Trend Micro Anti-Virus, and TCP/IP.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange.

Requirements

  • Ticketing/Service Desk Support Experience (enterprise userbases, tier I/II)

  • Good Customer Service/Communication

  • Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory

  • VPN Client Configurations, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS

  • Remote Access Tools (Bomgar)

  • Preferred: Citrix Director, VDI, ERP Support, SQL, White-Glove Support, Excel, Experience
