POSITION TITLE: Corporate Trainer

A. JOB SUMMARY

The Trainer is responsible for recognizing ways to improve, support and grow the addition of new employees.

Work is performed in accordance with established procedures and by using independent judgment and discretion.

The Trainer is expected to analyze problems, determine proper courses of action to take to overcome any learning blocks with new employees.

The Trainer is expected to demonstrate judgment necessary to deal with unique and changing circumstances.

The Trainer is required to inform the Business Operations Manager when any potential issue arises.

B. MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes and maintains UCNT Employee Training Documents and Files.

  • Maintains employee files regarding training or retraining in a confidential manner.

  • Performs other tasks and duties as may be added from time to time such as site visits for retraining and various administrative duties. Must be available to travel to all clinic sites.

  • Maintains UCNT Training manual current and makes updates as required by the Business Operations Manager.

  • Produces information by copying, and scanning.

  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; verifying receipt of supplies and services.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Assist with administering Hep B / TB, documenting proper injection information and notifies the Business Operations Manager or Director of Compliance of any discrepancies.

C. MAINTENANCE OF SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Educates self and others by reviewing newsletters, journals as well as familiarity with standard regulations, procedures, and other literature to continue development.

  • Utilizes good communication skills. Must have interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration in a timely manner.

  • Achieves and maintains positive working relationships and rapport with business operations manager, colleagues, and new employees.

  • Microsoft Office Skills and an understanding of the practice’s computer system. (EMR/PM/Scheduling/Phreesia and Reports)

  • Must always maintain professional appearance and approachable demeanor.

  • Must have high organizational skills necessary to coordinate all operational activities.

  • Must have the knowledge of the Urology principles, practices and procedures relating to patient care.

  • Must have a high degree of independent problem resolution skills to effectively solve problems.

  • Must have the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when receiving instructions from peers, Business Operations Manager, or others.
