PwC Experience Center - Experience Planners Manager in Dallas, Texas

A career in our Experience Planners practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients plan and manage end to end execution of our experience strategies through technical implementation. As part of the team, you’ll help with the overall project timeline, budget and application / product quality.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated proven success and extensive knowledge of leading project management engagements in a professional business services environment and/or the digital marketing industry, which includes the following: - Leading and managing business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff, including client delivery and overall relationship management;- Utilizing creative problem-solving and a consistent consultancy, solutions-oriented mind-set while driving all facets of internal working teams to deliver on clients goals, objectives and overall strategic direction;- Executing thought leaders strategy, leveraging digital marketing communications know-how;- Budgeting and forecasting on large engagements, including escalation of matters, as necessary.Demonstrates proven success in roles and extensive abilities to collaborate with a broad team of strategy, technology, creative and production resources, especially coordinating project work with third-party partners and vendors.Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities to identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of Firm services; approach client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks. Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities to interact and utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the development and maintenance of relationships with key executives, companies, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations within the digital marketing industry to sustain and develop business growth. Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team member, including understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast pace environment; and completing work in a timely, accurate, efficient manner. Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
