Robert Half Help Desk Manager in Dallas, Texas

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Manager in the legal industry in Dallas, Texas. This role involves overseeing the operation of our IT support services, managing a team of IT professionals, and using a range of technologies to assist our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our IT help desk, ensuring efficient and effective support for our clients and staff.

• Managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Utilizing a range of technologies including Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell technologies to assist our clients and resolve their IT issues.

• Implementing ITSM practices to manage the delivery of IT services within the organization.

• Managing the deployment and configuration of computer hardware within the organization.

• Providing deskside support to staff, assisting with hardware and software issues.

• Utilizing Active Directory to manage user accounts and access controls within the organization.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience as a Help Desk Manager or similar role in the Legal industry

• Advanced knowledge and expertise in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Active Directory

• Comprehensive understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management and Deployments

• Demonstrable experience in Deskside Support

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Superior leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Relevant certifications in IT and Help Desk management would be advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

• Familiarity with legal industry specific software and databases
