We are looking for an exceptional Lead Financial Systems Analyst with a special emphasis on advanced SharePoint expertise to become a pivotal member of our forward-thinking Tax Technology team. The ideal candidate will not only spearhead the creation and oversight of financial systems projects and foster collaboration with the Tax department but will also bring to the table profound mastery in administering various SharePoint sites. This role demands a candidate who is proficient in utilizing SharePoint for everyday tasks and possesses deep knowledge in extracting and manipulating data within SharePoint to drive strategic decisions and insights.

In addition to being a SharePoint virtuoso, the candidate should be well-versed in leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, SnowFlake, RPA, and Excel to dissect and analyze complex financial datasets, thereby crafting innovative automation, analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The Lead Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in the company, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that will directly impact management and the strategic direction of the company’s financial analysis efforts. This position calls for someone who is not only technically proficient but also strategic in approach, with the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute significantly to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage financial systems projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.

  • Collaborate with the Tax department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Tax laws.

  • Develop and maintain financial reporting models using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Alteryx, AI and Excel to analyze complex financial data.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial systems.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial systems and reporting.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Data Analytics or related field

  • 5+ years experience in financial analysis, project management & systems implementation

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Alteryx, Snowflake, RPA, GenAI & Excel

  • Knowledge of Tax laws & experience working with Tax departments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines, and stakeholders.
