Bridgecrest, one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible.

• Work with business partners to define objectives and build appropriate analytical solutions

• Drive design and maintenance of our MLOps architecture - DriveTrain

• Design, develop, maintain and implement of CI/CD pipelines for delivery of analytical solutions

• Partner with Data Scientists in the development and implementation of models

• Make recommendations and improve ML Ops design and cloud architecture

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

• Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.

• Intellectual curiosity. Why? What? How? Do you find yourself always wanting to learn more and broaden your knowledge base? If so, this could be the role for you.

• Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.

• Rebel with a cause. You are always looking beyond the obvious for continuous improvement.

The Requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

• 3+ Years of Experience Working as a Software Developer, Data Scientist or Statistician Role

• 2+ Years of experience working with DevOps, MLOps or other CI/CD driven role

• Demonstrated expertise in Python, R, Julia, Scala or other analytical software

• Expertise in RMDBS and Big Data environments such as Snowflake.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying statistical learning/machine learning techniques with significant business outcomes

• Expertise in microservices environments such as Docker/Kubernetes

• Expertise with Linux, git/version control, Build/release pipelines, CI/CD, etc.

• Expertise designing and building MLOps processes in Azure, AWS or GCP. Cloud certifications preferred

• Experience coaching Jr Data Scientists and leading complete data science projects end-to-end

• Experience designing, building and implementing NLP, Computer Vision & other deep learning applications is a plus
