Job Description:

In support of the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences ( BBS ) enrollment, retention, and graduation goals, the Recruitment Specialist establishes and administers programs for graduate and undergraduate students.

The Recruitment Specialist represents BBS to targeted constituencies and/or territories. They develop and maintain relationships with identified partners across UT Dallas and the community. In addition, they leverage opportunities to enhance recruitment efforts and implement effective plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with five years of experience working with students and programs in higher education, or related community programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in student affairs, marketing, human resource management, or related field

  • Progressive experience in a higher education setting in recruiting, admissions, career services, onboarding, or other student services

  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment welcomed
