Description

We are in search of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our client's team based in Dalton, Georgia. The role primarily involves managing and administering employee benefits related to health and wellness programs. The successful candidate will be expected to develop, implement, and oversee initiatives that promote employee well-being and support their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of health and wellness benefits programs, ensuring comprehensive services are delivered effectively.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of comprehensive health and wellness services.

• Utilize HRIS platform for benefits administration tasks, managing employee data and benefits information.

• Process various benefits-related events such as new enrollments, life events, and terminations, ensuring timely and accurate processing to maintain employee benefits continuity.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in benefits administration, investigating and addressing any issues related to benefits processing.

• Review and validate insurance claims submitted by employees, liaising with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims.

• Update employee eligibility status for benefits programs as per company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate eligibility determination and communication to employees.

• Manage the termination process for benefits billing, coordinating with finance or billing departments to cease billing for terminated employees' benefits.

• Serve as the point of contact for coordinating responses to Medicare CMS inquiries or audits, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations and timely responses to CMS requests.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role in the Textile Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

• Strong knowledge of health and medical benefits administration

• Experience in handling Employee Relations

• Familiarity with various human resources software

• Proven track record in Benefits Coordination

• Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
