Description:

Process technician will be responsible for overseeing the set up, production/ settings troubleshooting for quality defects and production issues for the Engels/ Toshiba machines. Robotics operation and controlling of the complete operations of the injection molding equipment from start of set up, mold set up through to finished product quality to manage grain issues, resins and warping is going to be the core responsibilities.

Pay Rate:

$28 per hour

SUMMARY:

• Set-up and operate Injection Molding equipment to ensure efficient cavitation and cycle time in order to meet production needs

• Maintain cavitation, cycle efficiency, achieve optimal processing parameters, and drive cycle time improvements

• Evaluate tooling, attend tooling meetings, and work with Mold Shop to maintain the tooling efficiency

• Provide direction, training, and coaching for Production Line Mechanics
