Summary You will serve as a PROCUREMENT ANALYST in the Office of the Commander of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU. Responsibilities You will provide oversight and technical guidance for the Government Commercial Purchase Card program. You will coordinate the program, and monitor all Special Operations Command (SOCOM) disputed purchases and delinquent invoices. You will review purchase card transactions in we-based applications. You will review purchase card transactions in we-based applications. You will perform internal reviews and audits of credit card transactions and usage by conducting semi-annual visits to all squadron/directories ensuring compliance with established procedures and periodic general audits. You will research, analyze, and coordinate resolutions unique problems or complex non-recurring projects. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position,our resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing overall procurement program review and analysis for an organization, auditing purchase card records and executing procurement program objectives in compliance with all federal rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing the purchase card program and ensuring prompt payment and certification of invoices AND analyzing a variety of unusual purchase card, supply, and financial problems, questions, or conditions associated with overall purchasing.
