What We Offer:
Full-time and part-time positions available, 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
Extensive training programs provided – no prior experience required!
Competitive pay range of $17.75 to $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional advancement through our internal growth program.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18 years or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
Available Positions:
Life Skills Instructors: Provide direct support and assistance to people with disabilities, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.
Summer Job Coaches: Assist people with disabilities in securing and maintaining meaningful employment opportunities, empowering them to succeed in the workplace and advocating for them!
Responsibilities:
Work with individuals with medical, behavioral, independent living, and recovery needs across group homes and (or) individual apartments
Helping adults with disabilities with daily living such as cooking, cleaning, and hands-on care
Assisting with transportation needs for individuals to and from appointments
Immersing individuals with disabilities into the community to participate in work and volunteer activities such as Special Olympics
Assisting with positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, and socialization skills
Ensure proper electronic and physical documentation of daily individualized case notes
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, behaviorists, & nutritionists
