Job Title: Security Officer - Reserve

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Hours: 40 Hrs. Per Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Reserve Security Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing a visible security presence and conducting regular patrols. As a Reserve Officer, you will be on-call to cover shifts as needed, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

  • Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas.

  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.

  • Enforce site rules, regulations, and policies.

  • Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • No Experience necessary

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong observational and communication skills.

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Valid CT security officer license or ability to obtain one.

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
