Description We are in search of an Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the processing and administration of sales orders, setting up new customer accounts, and supporting the accounting team in managing accounts. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

• Set up new customer accounts in our systems.

• Support the accounting team in following up on delinquent accounts.

• Handle a high volume of order processing, data entry, and customer support tasks.

• Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform daily tasks.

• Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services and IBM AS/400 to enhance efficiency.

• Perform various accounting functions as required.

• Conduct billing functions and manage collection processes.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, with strong attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience working with IBM AS/400 system

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Claim Administration

• Understanding of Collection Processes

• Strong Customer Service skills
