ITS Technologies & Logistics Compensation Analyst in United States

We’re currently seeking to hire an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market by evaluating job positions, designing compensation packages, and implementing incentive programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts job evaluations, market analyses, and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions within the organization and ensure alignment with job duties performed.

  • Identifies process improvement and best practice opportunities for business processes.

  • Documents new procedures and business process workflows.

  • Participates in third-party compensation surveys.

  • Performs research with peer companies and similar external markets.

  • Analyzes job profiles and specifications using job evaluation and leveling techniques.

  • Aligns jobs and establishes compensation parameters equitable within the organization and competitive to the external market.

  • Ensures all reviewed jobs have the proper exemption status, meet compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s DegreeHuman Resources, Business, or related fieldpreferred,In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in compensation with a strong understanding of job evaluation techniques will be considered.

  • Minimum 3 years experience.

  • Previous Supply Chain industry experience helpful, Railroad industry experience highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable/ Proficiency of Compensation Software - Payfactors proficiency a plus

  • Compensation experience within Union environment, nice to have

  • Ability to work well independently - Works Remotely.
