Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their vending and food service needs are met promptly and efficiently. The individual chosen for this position will be expected to trave locally several days a week to our check in on our accounts, as well as field phone calls and emails as needed to address customer concerns, passing along incoming concerns to the proper teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests received from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate service and maintenance requests with our technical team to ensure all assets are operating smoothly and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving record.
