Description We are in search of a Director of Revenue to play a crucial role in our healthcare establishment. This position is based in Davie, Florida and will involve ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services through effective management of clinic claims processing and revenue collection. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with vendors, providers, and insurers while coordinating the exchange of information between these parties.

Responsibilities:

• Foster patient-centered care environments and develop strategies in response to organizational shifts

• Align departmental goals with our organization’s vision and values, and manage operational initiatives

• Collaborate on objectives, goals, and strategies, and report progress to leadership

• Seek opportunities for financial improvement and set annual financial goals using benchmarks

• Analyze financial data to inform staffing and budget decisions, and prepare and manage operating and capital budgets

• Provide guidance for resource allocation based on various constraints

• Lead operations, finances, and human resources, and assess and improve services using data-driven approaches

• Engage staff in continuous improvement and effective team facilitation while maintaining accurate and compliant operational records

• Stay updated on best practices and enforce quality care standards, and implement systems for staff and patient quality and safety improvement

• Ensure regulatory compliance and accountability, and foster a satisfying and growth-oriented workplace

• Recruit and retain talent matching departmental needs, and address professional development needs and competency gaps

• Maintain professional knowledge through networking and education, and integrate ethical standards into daily activities

• Provide educational and research opportunities to aspiring clinicians and leaders, and support a learning environment for students, residents, fellows, and faculty

• Represent Revenue Cycle on various committees and facilitate collaboration between Revenue Cycle and other programs. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Director of Revenue or in a senior financial managerial position.

• Proficiency in 3M and Accurint software.

• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools.

• Experience with ERP Solutions is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of billing functions and collection processes.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and improving internal revenue.

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and procedures.

• Ability to manage and reduce delinquencies effectively.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field. A Master's degree or relevant certification will be an advantage.
