Operator
Job Description
Seeking skilled Operators for various shifts in a rapidly expanding medical manufacturing setting. Successful candidates will rotate through departments including Laser Operations, Wet Lab, and Quality Control. Each operator may begin general but will specialize as the company continues to grow. Operators on all shifts may be assigned to a Wednesday-Sunday shift, so flexibility is crucial.
Hard Skills
Machine Operating
Experience with CNC, food service machinery, or medical devices
Ability to use technology like iPads for adjusting settings
Capability to perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes
Experience in handling and packing delicate medical components
Soft Skills
Comfortable working with technology
Openness to working with chemicals

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in DAVIS, California.
Work Environment
The work environment involves rotating through different departments, primarily focusing on either QC or Laser cutting operations. The facility is clean, new, and temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable setting for precision work. Shifts available are 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm), 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm), and 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am), Monday to Friday, with potential for a Wednesday to Sunday shift.
