Responsibilities * Contributes to the design analysis of aerodynamic flight vehicles to ensure that requirements are met. * Supports the design and integration of flight technologies, tools and, processes to enhance readiness, improve vehicle performance and reduce cycle time and cost. * Assists with development of technology and performance test requirements of flight vehicles. * Conducts rigorous technical assessments to accurately characterize hazards to inform airworthiness decisions and certifications. * Evaluates wind tunnel data, computational aerodynamics modeling and simulation as well as flight test data. Qualifications * 20+ years' experience related to aircraft development. * Experience partnering with multidisciplinary engineering team to help understand aerodynamic performance and technology impacts to design in order to achieve successful design, build, test and field aircraft on a rapid timeline.
