Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Hourly Rate: $20 As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the precision machining of components using CNC lathes and mills. Your primary duties will include reading and interpreting machining blueprints, conducting precision quality inspections of produced parts, and executing tool offsets and changes. No programming experience is required, as you will receive comprehensive training from our Lead Machinist. Responsibilities: Perform precision machining of components using CNC lathes and mills. Must have experience with precision measuring tools and previously operated cnc equipment. Read and interpret machining blueprints accurately. Conduct precision quality inspections of produced parts. Execute tool offsets and changes as required. Learn and perform setups under the guidance of the Lead Machinist. Requirements: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Prior experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, verniers, etc. Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 lbs. unassisted on a consistent basis.
