Plant Controller
Dayton, OH
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the plant, including general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including debits and credits.
Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets.
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to maintain financial records.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
