Description

We are in search of a diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the airline industry. Based in Dayton, Ohio, this role involves processing and updating data, which may include scheduling information and customer details. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic data entry tasks promptly and accurately

• Perform updates in the data management system as required

• Manage and organize data effectively, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate

• Review and categorize data based on specific criteria, routing information to the appropriate person for further review

• Conduct research tasks as needed, building out comprehensive folders for each data category

• Exhibit strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Maintain open and clear communication with team members and superiors

• Display strong comprehension skills, understanding and following instructions accurately

• Follow up on tasks as necessary, ensuring all duties are carried out to completion

• Utilize data entry, research, and document control skills to perform job tasks effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry and Document Control

• Ability to conduct thorough Research

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of airline industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
