Job Description

Our team is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to construct and assemble presses for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will use blueprints and drawings to assemble presses according to customer specifications, perform tasks such as drilling, tapping castings, and weldments prior to assembly. Additionally, the role involves cleaning and preparing large castings against the bill of materials (BOM) before assembly.

Hard Skills

• Understanding and interpreting blueprints and large drawings

• Reading and interpreting gauge/micrometer measurements

• Utilizing hand/air tools for mechanical assembly operations

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dayton, Ohio.
