Job Number: R0198654 Program Manager, Lead The Opportunity: An effective portfolio requires a manager who is passionate about guiding programs through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That's why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our Air Force client's portfolio achieves success. As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding a team. The Air Force client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Aerospace field, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have: 12+ years of experience in the DoD with program management, contract management, or engineering Experience with program management with at least one ACAT Level I program Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with designing, acquiring, or sustaining military propulsion systems Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III program management certification or equivalent Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
