Aerotek is hiring for an internal Recruiter/Sales Trainee for our Dayton, Ohio office.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates through phone calls, interviews, and other various recruiting tools

• Partner with Account Manager to identify candidates within the manufacturing and production realm

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• Experience working in a team environment

Pay:

• $45,000/yr

• Uncapped commission

• Monday to Friday
