As a Senior Test Engineer - Test Integrator, you'll implement an integrated plan for product development including coordinating activities throughout the product lifecycle from design concept phase to release. You will monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, as needed. You'll also review, manage, proactively challenge, and control status of project programs and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports, and guide and lead teams in achieving the goals of the program including issue identification, resolution and contingency planning.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of experience

• Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices

• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams

• Advanced Knowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integration

• Demonstrated experience planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities

• Basic understanding of requirements management, system design, integration

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

• Typically 2-4 years of relevant leadership and/or project management experience

• Experience managing flight test programs to include: test plan/procedure developments, execution, and reporting

• Experience leading a cross-functional team and communicating with program management and customers

• Familiarity with development and execution of program cost and schedule management to include control account management functions

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, parts lists, specifications, instructions and test procedures

• Experience in FAA and Military aircraft certification efforts

• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
