Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a TechELINT Analyst for a DoD government subcontracting company in Dayton, OH for a direct hire opportunity. The candidate is going to perform in-depth TechELINT analysis. Work with cross-functional engineering teams in conducting system/software analysis activities to develop requirements and high-level design. Design and development of advanced technologies for signal processing, characterization, and exploitation for defense applications. The candidate will do discovery, design and development of analytical methods to support novel approaches of data, process, information processing and information extraction. The candidate will support business development activities such as conferences, trade shows, and demonstrations. They will provide input on roadmaps for new capability development. Provide technical support for program management and business development activities including proposal writing and customer development. The candidate will offer imaginative, thorough, practicable solutions that are consistent with organizational strategic objectives. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and support customer engagements to translate customer operational needs into technical requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• An active TS/SCI clearance and current polygraph

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of experience in TechELINT or no degree w/ 5+ YOE

• Familiar with Martes, Willow, and/or Aspen

• Hands-on advanced proficiency in handling and analyzing large data sets * EA Analysis Experience

• MESAP or SIGE 4810 Graduate

• National Cryptologic School Training Certification

• P3 Training null
