American Electronics, Inc. UNIVERSAL ARMAMENT INTERFACE (UAI) BUDGET ANALYST (Req 24 036) in Dayton, Ohio

Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency using various financial systems and tools including MOCAS, GAFS, SMART, PMRT, CRIS, ABSS, DTS, SDW, EDA, FMSuite, CCaR, and Web CCaR. Provide financial management support in the areas of financial analysis, cost estimating, and program integration, and support the Fighter/Bombers (F/B) Directorate Chief Financial Officer and the entire F/B Program Executive Officer (PEO) portfolio. Maintain applicable expertise in financial management guidance and regulations such as FMR 7000.14R, AFI 65-601, AFMAN 65-604, and GAO, Fiscal Principles of Federal Appropriation Law, provide recommendations, identify sources of program shortfalls, prepare reprogramming packages, and provide policy guidance on United States Air Force (USAF) appropriations. Exhibit a working knowledge of MIPR and MORD policy and procedures with the ability to independently review and update self-inspection checklists using the MICT tool. Track and monitor financial taskings, assist with the preparation of cost estimate waiver documentation, and participate in financial and program compliance reviews. Interact with key customers to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization financial policy and procedures, and resolve significant problems. Exhibit proficiency in preparing and briefing a monthly financial execution review.

Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Allowable Substitution: Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required
