TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Dearborn, Michigan

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location:

  • Dearborn, MI

Hours:

  • Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm. Monday through Friday. There will be very limited OT and no weekends.

Description:

  • Answer incoming calls, maintain open communication with patients, referral sources, corporate and branch offices in other territories.

  • Lightly scheduling and registering patients promptly and courteously while recording accurate and complete patient documentation for the data forms.

  • Verify insurance info.

  • Process orders in the system and maintain a current status on orders to be processed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • Must have good job tenure.

  • Some healthcare admin experience or verification of insurance experience would be ideal

  • Customer service experience.

  • Excellent attitude

  • Ability to handle the high volume of customer interaction

  • Ability to diffuse tough situations.

  • Attention to detail is key.

  • Organizational skills are key as well.

Pay:

  • $17-18/hr
