Ford Motor Company SAP TRM Techno - Functional Lead in Dearborn, Michigan

In this position:

You will work with System Integrators to Design, build and configure SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to meet business processes and business requirements on the IERP Landscape. You will interact with customers to validate business processes, and deliver complex solutions while ensuring timely, cost-effective and successful SAP implementations. You will lead Cutover Cycles, perform SIT, UAT, Load & Performance and Launch activities, as well as on-site hyper care support for all implementations.

What you'll do…

  • Pair with System Integrators to Gather, analyze and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP TRM solutions.

  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.

  • Responsible and accountable to work with System Integrators to test Enhancements, interfaces, Reports, Data conversions and workflows.

  • Learn and Configure SAP TRM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Identify and manage Dependencies with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TRM with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and Validations.

  • Implement Treasury functionality, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations by participating in technical discussions around business capability, technical functionality and integration of Testing Tools like TRICENTIS Live compare.

  • Experience in doing Technical POC for tools like - TOSCA DI/BI, Neo Load, Qtest, TOOL OSV- Service Visualization tool.

  • Leverage Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques to deliver.

  • Lead entire Testing cycles and resolve defects within SLA - SIT, UAT, Regression, Load and Performance.

  • Test and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.

  • Maintain RALLY and Create user stories and other requirements/specification artifacts. Use the same to effectively Communicate status updates to all Stakeholders.

  • Identify and Automate Critical Business Scenarios – Functional, Security, Integration.

  • Lead and Support PDO Release Management Activities - Cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities and Launch.

You'll have…

  • Bachelor's in technology, computer science, information systems or a related field

  • 7- 10+ years of experience in Manual and Automated Testing.

  • 3+ years of experience testing SAP FICO Modules, both Manual and Automated.

  • Min. 3+ Years of TOSCA Automation Experience.

  • Proven track record in making delivery commitments, managing customer expectations, and delivering on commitments.

  • Problem-solving skills - bug fixes and troubleshooting are important aspects of this role, so you will need to have excellent technical and creative problem-solving abilities

Even better you may have…

  • Advance Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 5+ years working with SAP I-ERP and/or on Finance and Purchasing (SD/FI/Ariba)

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as well as software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)

  • Perform at an extremely high level of technical competence and maturity under pressure.

  • Experience in troubleshooting complex testing Scenarios and Automations using tools like TOSCA.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - able to convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences.

This position is a salary grade 7.
