Guam Ukudu Power LLC Finance and Accounting Staff in Dededo, Guam

1. Project Finance Management - Review, implement and manage financing contracts - Communicate, coordinate and notify the lenders/advisors on behalf of GUP - Manage and interpret the Financial Model - Delegate, monitor, review and supervise any financial impacts on the project - Funds/loan/dividend policy management - Annual Budgeting and budget control 2. Plan, implement and review activities inherent to the position with awareness and appropriate care to manage the internal accounting and external audits 3. Supervise third-party accountants to manage quarterly and annual closing 4. Manage corporate tax and communicate and coordinate with Guam/Federal tax authorities 5. Other project and corporate-related issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning and corporate goal management, as may be required by the company Requirement for applicant: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - An advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. - Previous experience of at least 3 years in an accounting or finance role is required - Strong knowledge of construction and power generation-related accounting principles. - Strong technical experience with advanced software skills including QuickBooks andMicrosoft Office Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Public Accountant
