Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the construction and contracting industry, based in Denver, Colorado. The role involves managing receivables, reconciling accounts, and processing customer credits. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating all aspects of our accounts receivable process, from maintaining customer credit records to resolving accounts receivable issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.

• Resolve accounts receivable issues with customers.

• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is accurate.

• Enter, post and reconcile batches.

• Carry out the matching, batching, and entering of invoices.

• Update and reconcile the sub-ledger to the general ledger.

• Handle maintenance of cash applications, account reconciliations, and chargebacks.

• Collaborate with the team to execute commercial collections and cash collections.

• Utilize your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections to ensure efficient operation of the finance department. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Must possess skills in Billing procedures

• Expertise in Cash Applications is crucial

• Prior experience in Cash Collections is important

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections is beneficial
